ART STUDIO

Art Studio was a creative space I established and managed in Tehran, inside Fereshteh Book City.

The space began as a place to develop and present my own work, but gradually became a shared environment for making, exhibiting and exchanging ideas.

Alongside my own practice, I invited other artists and makers to present their work, organised workshops, and managed the day-to-day direction of the space.

Looking back, I see Art Studio as an early physical version of what later became Pegah Kazemi Room — a space where materials, objects, people and ideas could meet.

It was never only a studio.

It was a room for making things happen.
