FARASOOT

Farasoot began with my brother’s paintings.

I selected different elements and forms from his work and translated them onto textile, treating the fabric not simply as a surface for print, but as an artwork in itself.

That textile then became the visual foundation of the collection. I designed seven garments with deliberately simple silhouettes, allowing the fabric and its imagery to remain the central focus.

The word Farasoot refers to a sound so loud that it cannot be heard.

For me, this reflects the way I experience my brother’s paintings. I see stories, characters and possible worlds inside them. Each shape feels like more than a visual element — it could later become an object, a character, or an independent project of its own.
